Everyone needs to make a reservation through our ticketing system or purchase at the door. You don't need to print an actual ticket, just have the name or names the reservation was made under.

We do not have regular business hours. The box office is open 1 hour before showtime. If you need to contact our box office manager Krysten Bennett please email boxoffice@the5anddime.org

Season tickets are only available for a limited amount of time before the new season begins. Please contact our box office for information. Boxoffice@the5anddime.org

We do not have a strict dress code. The 5 & Dime welcomes you to dress as you feel comfortable.

The 5 & Dime is currently in residence at The Florida Ballet. Parking is available on the front end and side of the building.

We are sorry, but we are unable to guarantee late seating. Please plan accordingly.

Please turn off all cellular phones and electronic devices prior to the performance. Also, cameras or other recording devices (photographic or otherwise) may not be used in the theatre during performances. No text messaging allowed during the performance

Post-show discussions are available following select performances. The 5 & Dime invites you to attend these performances and stay, ask questions, and learn more about each of our productions. Please join our email list, like us on Facebook , or follow us on Instagram for Post-Show Discussion announcements.

Wine, beer, sodas, coffee, water and light snacks are available with donation in the lobby of the theatre.

Due to the subject matter of the shows we produce, most of our performances are not suitable for young children. Shows contain mature content, language or themes. Please carefully consider whether a performance is appropriate by visiting the individual show pages and reviewing the synopsis to make your own judgment. As a general rule, no child under the age of 10 should attend a performance at The 5 & Dime.

In our current residence smoking will not be permitted on the premises.

When inclement weather occurs, performance updates will be sent to the email address you used to make your reservations or in some cases we will reach out to you via phone.

Accessible seating is available. Please make the box office aware of your needs by emailing BoxOffice@the5anddime.org or upon entering the venue the day of the show, please ask for the House Manager and they will gladly escort you to the ADA section.
